Our events are open to everyone! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find workshops and sessions tailored to all skill levels and interests.
No problem! Our sessions are designed to accommodate all levels. Our instructors provide modifications and support to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
We offer only onsite and in-person workshops and yoga sessions.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event are non-refundable.
Some of our events, like Yoga for Charity, are designed to support various causes. All proceeds from these sessions are donated directly to the designated organization, helping to make a positive impact in the community.
Our events are generally suitable for all ages, but we recommend checking individual event descriptions for specific age guidelines. We encourage family participation in our workshops and yoga sessions.
